The university required support to:
- Design and implement a best-practice Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead communication and change management for institutional restructuring
- Use performance management to embed accountability and feedback
- Assess institutional viability and improve financial sustainability
Laetoli’s Approach
Co-developed the PMS with all stakeholders (approved by Council)
- Created 387 unique Individual Performance Scorecards
- Reviewed and aligned all HR policies and procedures
- Developed the “ABC of PMS” 12-module sustainability toolkit
- Designed and facilitated:
- University-wide Change Management Programme
- 5-day leadership alignment workshop with 80 top executives
- 2-day training for managers, 1-day training for staff
- Conducted a Readiness and Climate Survey
