Bruce is a seasoned consultant and facilitator with a fine understanding of, and sensitivity to, the transformational challenges of South Africa. Having worked in numerous private and public sector organisations at management and executive leadership level, Bruce is able to engage diverse stakeholders across a wide spectrum on various sensitive issues and build relationships. Over and above being lead consultant on various projects, and acting as a coach to Laetoli's young talent, Bruce is responsible for the overall leadership role at Laetoli. He has a B.Com (Rhodes) and MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand.


 


Having grown up in a segregated country and being aware of the painful and difficult process of changing one’s mindset and behaviour, Andre is passionate about enabling change. He specialises in designing large-scale change interventions which engage, align and energise hundreds or even thousands of employees in real time interventions that focus on anything from crafting strategic intent to cultural integration and revitalisation. He has done extensive training and consulting work in the field of Change Management, Diversity and Employment Relations. Andre is responsible for project execution at Laetoli. He has an M.Com from the University of Johannesburg.

 


 

Cleodene is part of Laetoli's “young talent”. She has a Masters in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. Given Cleodene's drive and strong entrepreneurial flair, Laetoli is developing and utilising Cleodene's energy in leading our marketing initiatives over and above her consulting and training responsibilities.

 


Fathima has a passion for helping people through their change journeys. In the short time that she has been with Laetoli she has developed as a good facilitator. Fathima flourishes on turning perceptions about Generation Y on its head. She has a Masters in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA.


Anna ensures the smooth planning and logistical support to the rest of the team, in the execution of projects. She boasts 12 years experience in office administration, and is fully competent in tender administration and procurement. Anna has a certificate in Public Administration, and is currently completing a course in Business Management, through the University of South Africa.


Theresa’s background is deeply rooted in labour law and she is also a certified Public Relations Officer, having provided service to numerous medium and large corporations in South Africa. She also boasts in excess of 15 years experience in Human Resource Management. As a consultant, Theresa has been involved been involved in various projects with different institutions. Her involvement includes Organisational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Recruitment and Selection and Communication. Although Theresa is jointly involved with Nqobile in a number of business ventures, she still finds fulfilment in working with people and sharing her unique experiences and insights with clients. Her outgoing personality and sense of humour makes her a great person to work with.


A graduate of Fort Hare, Natal and Wits Universities, Nqobile began her career as a teacher. After six years in the teaching profession, she joined the corporate world in 1993 working for a large parastatal. Her key performance areas included design and facilitation of team/diversity management interventions, community development strategy implementation and conduction of audits/surveys. Over the last few years, Nqobile has also identified and developed other business opportunities outside the consulting industry and has first hand experience of the thrill and excitement of being a business owner in the retail sector. Nqobile balances her time in managing her business interest with assisting clients from a consulting and facilitation perspective. Nqobile holds a Business Administration Degree as well as a Higher Diploma in formal Education.


 

Margareth is the “voice” of Laetoli, the first person clients are likely to speak to when phoning Laetoli. She fulfils receptionist and administrative duties at Laetoli. In her free time she is actively involved in youth leadership development in her community.

Terri is a Junior Consultant at Laetoli. She has a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, and is currently working towards becoming a Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. During her Masters year, her research focused on clients’ ethics expectations of industrial psychology consultants during the consulting process. She is currently involved in co-assisting a number of organisations with interventions at a strategic and operational level.

 

Kirsty is a Junior Consultant at Laetoli. She has a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and is working towards becoming a Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. She is currently involved in co-assisting a number of organisations with interventions at a strategic and operational level.
