  Change Agent Capacity Building  
  Employment Equity Forums to ensure Sustainable Transformation  
WORKSHOP PURPOSE
This programme aims to ensure that the Employment Equity Forum have the Mindsets, Behaviours, Skills and Tools required to succeed.

The programme provides selected change agents with the necessary knowledge, attitudes and skills to manage the change management dynamics likely to be experienced with the planning and implementation of Employment Equity.


 
WORKSHOP OUTCOMES  
To understand drivers for change and the business case for Employment Equity
To understand the building blocks of the concept change management (content of change, process of change and people in change)
 
To understand the Change Agent role in Employment Equity
 
To understand the role of Employment Equity Change Agents from a process and people's perspective
 
To understand the role of Employment Equity Change Agents in relation to the roles and responsibilities of other stakeholders
To understand what drives human behaviour as reflected in the motivational cycle (core human needs, mindset, mind-body connection/feeling, deciding and behaving)
   
To understand people's individual reactions to Transformation (fear response, fight, flight, motivation) and how this translates into team and organisational impacts)
   
To understand the reasons why people resist Employment Equity
To understand how to deal with individuals’ reactions to Employment Equity from a people’s perspective
To develop transformational communication skills
 
To be a catalyst for people’s commitment and contribution to Employment Equity
